Merge the three calendars. Although I can see how it might be useful to organise things by separating them, there's not really enough traffic to warrant this, and it's too easy to miss something on another calendar, especially for anyone who doesn't use it often enough (i.e. just about everyone?) to realise there's another switch for alternate views buried in the non-intuitive lower-right hand corner.
