Shell collecting

I am seeking information from anyone who knows of charters in Florida, the S.E. states, and Caribbean that cater to shell collectors. Also places in the Caribbean where collecting live mollusks while diving is both legal in said country, and permitted by charter captains. Appreciate any tips. Tom H
