What are you guys choosing as AL80 stages, Catalina or Luxfers?

I used both last week and seemed to prefer the Catalinas, the back end didn't seem as floaty as when I used the Luxfer.

I actualy prefer the Catalina's when carried ontop of the sidemount. The tail stays down a bit better when its empty.

Yup ditto feeling,
I prefered the Cat over the Lux.

P.S. you may want to transfill some gas into it before going for a fill, I think I left you with around 50psig. Thanx for the loaner

Heh... sidemount really is the anti-thesis of DIR :D

The DIRites prefer the Luxfer because it's floaty. To each application it's own best tools.

Jimmy..... Marc and I are looking at the last two weeks of October. It the best I can manage in the fall, what with my new responsibilities on the military side.

Was looking at November, but October could be doable.
Likely 7-10 days this round, 2 weeks is just too long to be away from home/work

Anyone is invited, but I think we all sidemount now. lol. I am sure some of us even remember what the whole team diving thing is.

I am not sure if October is going to work for me. It way to damn nice in Ottawa in October and the wife made noise about American Turkey Day. I'll see what my people think.
