Moulinette Island Water Plant

I'm looking for information about diving from the water plant on Moulinette Island, on the Long Sault parkway. Has anyone dove from there before, or know if it's possible and/or public access?

I want to check out the site where a bridge used to be located, and see if it's still there, as shown in the attached map overlay:

I believe Steve Blanchard has been diving there for a while now. Good luck at getting information it's a big secret.

Oh well, you didn't miss much, it was a 30 minute swim along the road to that 'bridge' which turned out to be just a causeway with some culverts under it . The swim back started to get kind of chilly :D
